Welcoming Spring Pop-up Dinner by Chef Jimmy and Chef Caleb
Celebrate the 2023 Spring season by joining Chef Caleb and Chef Jimmy to experience a unique pop-up collaboration dinner.
Chef Jimmy's Bio: Chef Jimmy has spent years mastering his culinary skills working beside renowned Chefs like Michael Mina in San Francisco as well as El Celler de Can Roca in Spain, awarded with "best restaurant in the world" with three Michelin stars.
Chef Caleb's Bio: Chef Caleb began his culinary career at the esteemed Bouchon in Beverly Hills, California. There he worked under the tutelage of Thomas Keller, a renowned chef who helped to define nouvelle cuisine. He learned the importance of using only the freshest ingredients and taking care to prepare each dish with precision and care. Chef Caleb also had the opportunity to work at The French Laundry, another highly regarded 3-Michelin starred restaurant. There he refined his skills, developing an eye for detail and a passion for creating perfect dishes.
Chef Jimmy and Chef Caleb's Welcoming Spring pop-up dinner menu consists of 6 courses and a welcome sparkling wine:

- 3rd Course

- Spinach omelette | brown butter chanterelle | creme fraiche | Fleur de sel
- 4th Course
- Black Cod
- Pan seared | butter-parsnip cream | pickled red cabbage | tarragon beurre blanc
- 5th Course
- Flat Iron Steak
- Truffle pomme puree | roasted root vegetables | caramelized shallot jus
- 6th Course
- Textures of Chocolate
- Dark chocolate cake | white chocolate cremeaux | golden chocolate rocks | milk air | hot cocoa cream
*Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. You must be 21 or over to purchase wine pairing or corkage for $35 per guest.
This pop-up menu is available for up to 40 guests. The six course dinner is included.
Please be courteous and arrive on time. Service will begin only after the last guest arrives.
There are no dietary accommodations considering the complexity and pace of the menu.
We will issue a refund minus 3% credit card processing fee for any cancelation up to 7 days before the event.
