Puerto Rican Dinner by Chef Ken ($185~245 per guest)
Chef Ken's Puerto Rican menu consists of 5 courses w/ 4 cocktails:
- 1st course: Honey roasted plantain with tamarind topped with Malta braised pork belly
- 2nd course: Grilled shrimp with asopao style congee
- 3rd course: Clove and fresh coconut water sorbet with citrus granite pallet cleanser
- 4th course: 72 hour sous vide short rib topped with pastele and crispy yucca
- 5th course: Puerto Rican quesito over guava custard with condensed milk ice cream
*Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. This menu includes mixed drink pairing. Price per person for the entire party is reduced from $245 to $185 with a party of 15 or more.
This menu is available for 8~30 guests. The five course dinner with mixed drink pairing, plateware and servers are included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
If you have children in the party, simply select the number of kids in the party prior to checkout.
