Soigné Menu by Chef Jeramie ($185 per guest)
Chef Jeramie's Cheferbly Exclusive Soigné menu consists of 5 courses:
- Course One
- Parmesan Crisp

Mushroom duxelles creme, fraiche and chives
- Course Two
- Lamb Chop Lollipop
- Lamb chop lollipop on fennel parsnip purée dressed with macadamia sage browned butter and fried sage leaf
- Course Three
- Butternut Squash Soup
- Guanciale (pork cheek) thyme and orange zest with creme fraiche and dill garnish
- Course Four
- Miso Glazed Sea Bass
- Miso glazed sea bass served on edamame risotto and sautéed mushrooms
- Dessert
- Flourless Chocolate Cake
- Mixed berry coulis, raspberry gelato and puff pastry tuile
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 8~20 guests. The five course plated dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
