Summer Seasonal Menu by Chef Taylor ($245 per guest)
Chef Taylor's summer seasonal menu consists of 7 courses:

- Kanpachi Crudo
- Buttermilk kiwi dressing + tomato mint relish + nigella seed
- Course Two
- Summer Squash Carpaccio
- Squash blossom + fromage blanc + garlic blossom vinegar + thyme honey
- Course Three
- Purslane Panzanella
- Summer melon + purslane + crouton + cucamelon + burrata + tomato vinaigrette
- Course Four
- Spot Prawn
- Aioli + zucchini flower vinegar + herbs
- Course Five
- Masa Cacio E Pepe Cavatelli
- Aged pecorino + fermented Chile breadcrumbs
- Course Six
- Meyer Ranch Ribeye Filet
- Koji + sorrel salsa verde + charred corn soubise + wild mushroom conserva
- Course Seven
- Dark Chocolate Tart
- Candied orange + bourbon cream + Fleur de sel
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 6~20 guests. The seven course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
The total duration of the service is about 4 hours, which includes 90~120 minutes of serving time. Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
