Chef John's Cali menu consists of 5 courses:

- Heirloom tomato, black diamond watermelon, shaved fennel, toasted Michelin bread, creamy tarragon dressing

- Misoyaki Butterfish
- Miso and mirin glazed butterfish, charred scallion risotto, saba roasted Brussels sprouts, pear salad
- Fifth Course
- Dessert
- Chocolate Opera Cake
- Chocolate sponge cake, chocolate mousse, raspberry coulis, chambered ice cream
Note: 18% gratuity is already included in the price.
This menu is available for 6~10 guests. The five course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, glassware, plateware, flatware.
The total duration of the service is about 4 hours, which includes 90~120 minutes of serving time. Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
