Christmas Menu by Chef Taylor ($245 per guest)
Chef Taylor's Christmas menu consists of 7 courses:

- Braised Beef Croquette
- Braised beef + black garlic remoulade + manchego + herb oil
- Course Two
- Winter Squash Crudo
- Fromage blanc + kumquat agrodulce + pickled mustard seed + dukkah
- Course Three
- Crispy Sunchoke
- Pummelo + fennel + burrata + squash seed gremolata
- Course Four
- Chicory Green Salad
- Chicory greens + beet + apple + pumpernickel crouton + ricotta salata + ash honey vinaigrette
- Course Five
- Farro
- Smoked kabocha + salsa macha + preserved citrus vinaigrette
- Course Six
- Meyer Ranch Ribeye Filet
- Hazelnut romesco
- Course Seven
- Dark Chocolate Tart
- Cara cara + candied pumpkin seed + bourbon caramel + fleur de sel
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 6~20 guests. The seven course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
The total duration of the service is about 4 hours, which includes 90~120 minutes of serving time. Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
