Chef Dorian's Vegan & Gluten Free Five Course Dinner Menu consists of 5 courses:
- Carrot Soup (first)
- Date, almond, curry gastruiqe, black truffle
- Butternut Squash (second)
- Pepitas, coffee glaze, black truffle
- Onion Risotto (third)
- Allium, chive, frizzled leeks, white truffle
- Boulanger Potato (fourth)
- Black truffle, carrot, baby leeks, vegan bordeaux
- Chef's Seasonal Vegan Dessert (fifth)
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. Assorted dinner plates, linen napkins, silverware, and menu are included. Menu subject to change due to availability.
This menu is available for 2~10 guests. The five course dinner is included.
All cooking tools, plateware, flatware, and linen napkins are included.
Tables, chairs, oven, cooktop, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
