Chef Dorian's Journey on the Farm Five Course Dinner Menu consists of 5 courses:
- Sweet Potato & Shallot Velouté (first)
- Greek yogurt, pumpkin seed, sourdough
- Beets & Citrus (second)
- Date labneh, mint, ras el hanout, glazed walnut, lemon vinaigrette
- Leek Bread Pudding (third)
- Brioche, thyme, comte, glace, watercress oil
- Charred Hanger Steak (fourth)
- Juniper salt, peanut crumble, blackberry demi, English pea puree
- Porcini Torte (fifth)
- Dutch chocolate, brown butter caramel, hazelnut
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. Assorted dinner plates, linen napkins, silverware, and menu are included. Menu subject to change due to availability.
This menu is available for 2~10 guests. The five course dinner is included.
All cooking tools, plateware, flatware, and linen napkins are included.
Tables, chairs, oven, cooktop, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
