Latin Holiday Dinner by Chef Ken ($100~$185 per guest*)
Chef Ken's Latin Holiday Dinner menu consists of 5 courses w/ 4 cocktails:
- Small Plate: Truffle lamb albondigas in foie gras broth with quest fondu and herbs
- Small Plate: Sikil pak crusted bass over creamed hominy in soap de lima
- Palate Cleanser
- Entree: Recall negro crusted pork with sweet corn tamale and baby corn in a chard habanero broth topped with pickled radish
- Dessert: Almond honey crusted corn cake with Mexican vanilla flan fresh gooseberries and milk corn ice cream
*This experience may be enjoyed for $100 per guest for a party size of 15 or more. Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. This menu includes mixed drink pairing.
This menu is available for 10~25 guests. The five course dinner with mixed drink pairing, tableware and servers are included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
