Chef Stevan's Cheferbly Exclusive New Year's Eve Luxury menu consists of 5 courses:

- Foie Gras Toast
- Hokkaido Milk Bread w/ Cracklings | Cherry Gastrique | Charred Scallions
- Course Three
- BBQ Carrots
- Bone Marrow w/ Vadouvan | Carrot Sauce | Wheat Berries & Fig Puree
- Course Four
- Eye Of The Ribeye (aka Le Daniel)
- Bordelaise | Roasted Chard | Maitake Mushroom & Robuchon Potato
- Course Five
- Yogurt Panna Cotta
- Winter Citrus | Date Syrup & Mint
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. Food photos are not the actual photos of the menu.
This menu is available for 12~20 guests. The five course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
