Ohana Menu by Chef Jeramie ($185 per guest)
Chef Jeramie's Cheferbly Exclusive Ohana menu consists of 5 courses:
- Course One
- Ahi Tuna Tostada
- Diced Ahi Tuna marinated in sesame oil, Ponzu, lime zest, sriracha, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar tossed with toasted black and white sesame seeds chopped scallions and Persian cucumbers served in a fried taro chop with wasabi aioli, garnished with chili garlic and micro cilantro
- Course Two
- Garlic Kuhuku Shrimp
- Sautéed tiger prawns with white wine, garlic, chili, cayenne pepper and butter served on sushi rice with lemon zest
- Course Three
- Salad
- Butter leaf and Napa cabbage tossed with cucumber, charred bok choy , shishito peppers, and edemame in a miso vinaigrette garnished with dragon fruit and prawn cracker
- Course Four
- Huli Huli Braised Short Rib
- Braised short rib, long grain jasmine rice and plum dust wrapped in tarp leafs
- Dessert
- Sweet Fried Plantain Egg Roll
- Ube taro root ice cream, sliced many and toasted coconut shreds
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 8~20 guests. The five course plated dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
