Chef Taylor's Seafood Prix Fixe menu consists of 6 courses:

- Burrata + carrot top salsa verde + burnt honey gastrique + dukkah
- Course Three
- Winter Melon Agua Chile
- Kanpachi + mint + cucumber + aji amarillo + pine nut brittle
- Course Four
- Chicory Greens Salad
- Golden badger beet + anchovy crouton + ricotta salt + ash honey vinaigrette
- Course Five
- Fennel Pollen Crusted Yellowfin Tuna
- Leek soubise + smoked maitake + pickled mustard seed + fish bone Demi glacé
- Course Six
- Olive Oil Cake
- Lavender cream
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 6~20 guests. The six course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
The total duration of the service is about 5 hours, which includes 90~120 minutes of serving time. Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
