        • Toasted peptic and kale pesto, pickled squash, crispy sunchoke
    • Course Four

        • Nduja marinara crispy prosciutto 
    • Course Five
      • Smoked Kurobata Pork Chop
        • Alfredo cream sauce basil oil, salmon roe, dried herbs
    • Course Six
      • Cacio Pepe
        • Ancient grain herbs, caviar, toasted pepper, romano
    • Course Seven
      • Cannoli
        • Pistachio crumble, sweet ricotta cacao nib

      Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. 

      This menu is available for 8~20 guests. The eight course dinner is included.

      Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.

      Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
