Chef Ken's Spanish Valentine's Special Pop-up menu consists of 5 courses w/ 4 cocktails:

1st course:

Meatball topped with chorizo and fire roasted tomato
Saffron crostini topped with Calabrian chili and a clam meat
Churro with pecorino custard, Serrano ham and truffle

2nd course: Charcoal papas bravos with chard octopus and romesco sauce

3rd course: Pallet cleanser

4th course: Beetroot risotto with Spanish garlic shrimp, alberico chorizo and carper air

5th course: Dessert (TBD)

*Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. This menu includes mixed drink pairing.

This pop-up menu is available for up to 30 guests. The five course dinner along with mixed drink pairing is included.
