Spanish Valentine's Special Pop-up by Chef Ken
Chef Ken's Spanish Valentine's Special Pop-up menu consists of 5 courses w/ 4 cocktails:
- 1st course:
- Meatball topped with chorizo and fire roasted tomato
- Saffron crostini topped with Calabrian chili and a clam meat
- Churro with pecorino custard, Serrano ham and truffle
- 2nd course: Charcoal papas bravos with chard octopus and romesco sauce
- 3rd course: Pallet cleanser
- 4th course: Beetroot risotto with Spanish garlic shrimp, alberico chorizo and carper air
- 5th course: Dessert (TBD)
*Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. This menu includes mixed drink pairing.
This pop-up menu is available for up to 30 guests. The five course dinner along with mixed drink pairing is included.
Please be courteous and arrive on time. Service will begin only after the last guest arrives.
