Summer Mediterranean Prix Fixe Menu by Chef Taylor ($245 per guest)
Chef Taylor's Summer Mediterranean Prix Fixe menu consists of 6 courses:
- Course One
- Summer Vegetable A La Barigoule
- Burnt honey gastrique, meyer lemon kosho, herbs, pine nuts
- Course Two
- Cavatelli
- Preserved Meyer lemon chèvre, fine herb cream, koji, summer radish
- Course Three
- Summer Squash
- Fromage blanc, rosemary-chili vinaigrette, herbs, nigella seed
- Course Four
- Grilled Prawns
- Strawberry soffrito
- Course Five
- Meyer Ranch Strip Loin
- Cultured ramp butter
- Course Six
- Olive Oil Cake
- Lavender cream
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 6~20 guests. The seven course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
The total duration of the service is about 4 hours, which includes 90~120 minutes of serving time. Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
