Chef Rob's Taste of Glasspar menu consists of 5 courses:

    • Ahi Tuna Crudo
      • Avocado Yuzu Emulsion, Pickled Mustard Seeds & Fresno Peppers, 72 hour Fermented Aguachile

  • Course Two 
    • Andy's Egg
      • 6 Minute Ponzu Dashi Poached Egg, Shimeji Mushrooms, Scallions, Shaved Radish, Toasted Garlic & Caviar

  • Course Three 
    • Duck Confit Salad
      • Butter Lettuce, Farro, Dried Cranberries, Goat Cheese, Toasted Pepitas, Citrus Thyme Vinaigrette

  • Course Four 
    • Grilled Prime New York Steak
      • Bone Marrow Gratin, Parmesan Gnocchi, Charred Romanesco, Rosemary Demi-Glace

  • Course Five
    • Valrhona Chocolate Butter Cake
      • Chocolate Ganache, Toasted Coconut, Marcona Almond Brittle, Coconut Gelato

Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. 

This menu is available for 4~12 guests. The five course dinner is included.

Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans.

Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.

Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
