Taste Of The South Dinner by Chef Ken ($185~245 per guest)
Chef Ken's Taste Of The South menu consists of 5 courses w/ 4 cocktails:
- Small Plate: Duck gumbo broth with andouille sausage topped with a duck corn cake and boudin sausage, finished with fresh okra and edible gold leaf
- Small Plate: Unicorn grits with blue crab consume topped with red shrimp, lump blue crab and turnips
- Palate Cleanser
- Entree: Seared catfish in a collard green and buttermilk beurre blanc topped with collard greens, served with a boiled peanut succotash
- Dessert: Homemade buttermilk biscuit over a fresh peach jam topped with a salad of fresh white peach, figs and nectarines, fig and pecan crumble, with fresh whipped cream and lemon custard ice cream
*Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. This menu includes mixed drink pairing. Price per person for the entire party is reduced from $245 to $185 with a party of 15 or more.
This menu is available for 6~30 guests. The five course dinner with mixed drink pairing, tableware and servers are included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
