Chef Jimmy's Tuscany dinner menu consists of 5 courses*:

- Amouse Bouche
- Featuring seasonal ingredients
- Course Two
- Reconstructed Caprese
- Fresh mozzarella mousse, burrata, house sun-dried baby tomatoes, dressed tomatoes, rosemary croutons, basil
- Course Three
- Raviolo Di Cinghiale
- Wild boar-sage filling, green pea cream, crispy parmesano reggiano and kale
- Course Four
- Beef Braciole
- Braised flank steak filled with aged Asiago cheese and prosciutto, aromatic tomato-garbanzo stew, fine herb oil, toasted pine nuts, artichokes barigoule
- Dessert
- Torta Alle Nocciole
- Hazelnut crust, Valrhona milk chocolate and hazelnut filling, basil whipped mascarpone, candied orange peel, fresh basil
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. Price per person for the entire party is reduced from $205 to $180 with a party of 16 or more.
*The Experience Upgrade includes all tableware, printed menus and mixology trained servers. Name cards and sommelier consultation are free of charge upon request with the upgrade.
This menu is available for 8~20 guests. The five course dinner, plateware, silverware, glassware, linen napkins, servers, printed menus, name card are included. Sommelier consultation is also included upon request.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
