Chef Collin's Winter Menu Three consists of 2 appetizers, charcuterie, and 3 courses:
- Everything Board
Imported & domestic cheeses with cured meats, crackers, marinated olives, pickles, mustards, grapes, dried fruit & nuts
- Passed Canapes
- Lobster Roll
Cape Cod style brioche bites with micro celery leaf
- Mini Beef Wellington
Short rib, morel mushroom ragout , parmigiana regginiano
- Smoked Salmon
Cucumber, creme fraiche, everything but the bagel
- Course One
- Salad Of Poached Pears
Arugula, endive, radicchio, goat cheese rolled in pistachio, sherry vinaigrette
- Course Two
- Crispy Confit Duck
Creamy polenta with garlic kale, petit tomato and fried leek rings (GF)
Toasted meringue, dipped in chocolate with fresh market berries & sorbet (GF, VEG)

This menu is available for 5~25 guests. The three course dinner with charcuterie and 2 appetizers are included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.

Tony and his team created an amazing fine dining experience that not only delivered fantastic flavors but also huge portions! Every dish is prepared with care and it really shows. I also loved the venue in the arts district of LA. I will be coming to more of these events in the future.
