Starters

Fresh made pitas w/ 3 dips, babaganoush and onion gastrique, hummus and chili crunch, tomato confit
Cured tuna appetizer w/ Israeli hot sauce, lime and avocado
Ribeye tartare w/ harissa, turnips, lavash cracker chives, quail egg

Course One

Salad Winter Chicories

Blood orange vinaigrette, focaccia bread crumbs, Romano cheese, golden raisins, capers, pine nuts

Course Two

Patatas Bravas

Confit fingerling potato, black garlic aioli, parma ham, pickled peppers

Course Three (Main)

Aleppo Chicken

Sumac pickles, yogurt, coriander honey and broccolini

Course Four (Dessert)

Lemon sorbet w/ mint and tahini cookies

This menu is available for 8~20 guests. The eight course dinner is included.

Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.

Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
