Q: Am I inquiring or booking?
A: Unlike the other private chef reservation websites, our platform eliminates the lengthy communication between you and the chef that you are interested in hiring. You will see exactly what will be included in each chef's offerings and will be able to book for the desired date and time with a click of a button.
Q: What if we have dietary restrictions or special instructions?
A: When you place an order, you will be able to write any dietary restrictions or special instructions for the chef.
Q: What do I do if I have already booked, but need to change the date?
A: No worries! We understand that things happen. You will have 72 hours from the time of checkout or up to 7 days prior to your party to change the date.
Q: What do I do if I have already booked, but the party has been canceled?
A: All of our chefs are in high demand and they are booked weeks to months out. As such, we do not allow cancellation. However, you may change the date. Please reach out to us at info@cheferbly.com.
Q: Will the chef set up and clean?
A: Absolutely! Your chef and staff will set up and clean up so that you can focus on making memories with your guests.
