Chef Tony's Latin American w/ Italian & Japanese Fusion Menu consists of 6 courses:

- Ceviche Marinade Shot w/ Specialty Chilies, Lime, Garlic, Cilantro, Red Onions, Orange Glazed Sweet Potato, Peruvian Kernels & Crispy Calamari Tentacles

- Spicy Tuna
- On Top of Crispy Rice w/ Soy & Mirin Cured Quail Yolk
- Course Three
- Polenta Duck Bites
- Crispy Polenta Chips, Herb & Garlic Goat Cheese, Seared Duck Breast Slices and Raspberry Gastrique
- Course Four
- Seared Scallop
- W/ Snap Pea Puree, Grapefruit Hollandaise, Crispy Shallots
- Course Five
- Japanese A5 Wagyu
- Slow Cooked Picanha w/ Bone Marrow Aioli & Sesame-Soy Egg Yolk Spread, Topped w/ Caviar
- Course Six
- Chocolate Souffle w/ Raspberry Sauce
Note: 20% gratuity is already included in the total price.
This menu is available for 6~15 guests. The six course dinner, plateware, flatware, linen napkins and printed menu cards are included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
