A Night At The Bistro Menu by Chef Caleb ($255 per guest)
Chef Caleb's Night At The Bistro dinner menu consists of 6 courses:

- Canapes
- Mini lobster rolls, caviar, gold leaf
- Potato fondant, crumbled bacon, gruyere, creme fraiche, chive tip
- Seasonal oyster with lemon granita, tarragon oil
- Crispy polenta, romesco, balsamic cured olive, oregano
- Course Two
- Bread
- Locally baked French baguette, Achadina cultured butter, maldon
- Course Three
- Vegetable
- Roasted heirloom beet salad, goat cheese croquette, local mandarin segments, crushed walnuts, frisée, maple-truffle vinaigrette, fines herbs
- Course Four
- Truffle
- Hand-made tagliatelle, burr monte, asiago foam, Australian black truffles
- Course Five
- Main
- Ynez farms Filet mignon, la ratte puree, baby French carrots, charred pearl onion, local mushrooms, pierregourdine, watercress
- Course Six
- Dessert
- Caraibe chocolate mousseline, creme anglaise, shaved hazelnuts, tuile leaf
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 8~20 guests. The six course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
