Chef Tony's American Delight Menu consists of 5 courses:

- Applewood Smoked Bacon | Sage Infused Cream
- Course Three

- Course Four
- Grilled Atlantic Salmon
- Citrus Glaze | Served w/ Wild Rice Pilaf | Sautéed Asparagus
- Course Five
- Chocolate Lava Cake
- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream | Fresh Berries
Note: 20% gratuity is already included in the total price.
This menu is available for 6~15 guests. The five course dinner, plateware, flatware, linen napkins and printed menu cards are included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
