White Wine Pairing Menu by Chef Jaclyn ($245 per guest)
Chef Jaclyn's White Wine Pairing menu consists of 5 courses:
- Course One (Rioja)
- Puff Pastry Baked Brie
- Hazelnut crumb, fig jam, fresh fruit
- Course Two (Bordeaux)
- Warm Mushroom Salad
- Marsala Vinaigrette, parmesan, shallots, sourdough crouton, shaved fennel
- Course Three (Barolo)
- Homemade Fettucine All'arrabbiata With Cream
- Course Four (Napa Cabernet)
- Individual Beef Wellington
- Filet mignon wrapped in mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, and puff pastry, horseradish marsh, asparagus bouquet
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 4~12 guests. The five course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
The total duration of the service is about 4 hours, which includes 90~120 minutes of serving time. Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
