Crustacean Tasting Menu by Chef Jaclyn ($300 per guest)
Chef Jaclyn's Crustacean Tasting menu consists of 4 courses:
- Course One
- Scallops & Chorizo
- Caramelized sweet potato wedges, seared scallops, chorizo vinaigrette, toasted almonds, arugula
- Course Two
- Seared Ricotta Gnudi
- Poached Lobster, grilled corn and corn puree, parmesan tuile, fried sage and brown butter, micro arugula
- Course Three
- Squash Blossom
- Blue crab and mascarpone filling, crab claw, charcoal oil, yuzu hollandaise
- Course Four
- Alaskan Halibut Confit
- Butter bean puree, roasted fennel and broccoli, lemon chive foam
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 4~12 guests. The five course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
The total duration of the service is about 4 hours, which includes 90~120 minutes of serving time. Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
