Chef Cintia's Latin American Menu consists of 5 courses:

- Ceviche | Shrimp Cured in a Caribbean Citrus Marinara Blend of Cilantro | Red Onion | Corn

- Empanadas | Cilantro Aioli | Slow-Cook Ragu

- Braised Beef Short Ribs | Pigeon Peas Rice | Crispy Shallots | Natural Jus
- Course Five
- Crème Caramel
Note: Gratuity is included in the total price. For 8 or more guests, an additional $15 per person will be charged for tableware; the additional fee is already reflected in the price.
This menu is available for 6+ guests. The five course dinner, flatware, plateware, linen napkins and printed menu cards are included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
