Chef Stevan's Cheferbly Exclusive Southern California Italian menu consists of 7 courses:

- Pan Fried Focaccia
- Chili garlic and whipped olive oil butter
- Course Two
- Formaggi
- Burrata with stone fruit, whipped ricotta, tapenade and aged balsamic
- Course Three
- Le Pizza California
- Toasted peptic and kale pesto, pickled squash, crispy sunchoke
- Course Four
- Gnocchi
- Nduja marinara crispy prosciutto
- Course Five
- Smoked Kurobata Pork Chop
- Alfredo cream sauce basil oil, salmon roe, dried herbs
- Course Six
- Cacio Pepe
- Ancient grain herbs, caviar, toasted pepper, romano
- Course Seven
- Cannoli
- Pistachio crumble, sweet ricotta cacao nib
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 8~20 guests. The eight course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
