Chef Stevan's Cheferbly Exclusive Sushi Omakase menu consists of 8 courses:

- Blue Fin Tartar
- Crispy sushi rice, quail egg, yuzu caviar, pickled cucumber
- Course Two
- Shishito
- Coal fire, everything togarashi, shiitake, crispy salmon skin and bonito
- Course Three
- Handroll Salmon Toro
- Gochujang mayo, fried onion and tobiko
- Course Four
- Collar
- Char siu, broiled yellowtail with Japanese BBQ sauce
- Course Five
- Nigiri Tuna
- Zuke classic soy glaze
- Course Six
- Sashimi
- Black cod, strawberry BBQ glaze, smoked and torched with greens
- Course Seven
- California Bowl
- Dashi poached, fried asparagus, sushi rice, jumbo prawn, bourbon fish sauce, avocado mousse
- Course Eight (Dessert)
- Matcha Mochi Waffle
- Citrus ice cream, fresh fruit, fish caramel
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 8~20 guests. The eight course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
