Chef Cintia's Asian Menu consists of 5 courses:

- Pan-Seared Dumplings
- W/ Scallion-Ginger Soy Sauce
- Course Three
- Asian Spring Rolls
- W/ Tangy Tamarind Sauce
- Course Four
- Hoisin-Sesame Pork Confit
- Tender Pork Confit Glazed w/ Hoisin-Sesame Emulsion | Served w/ Grits and Chinese Chives on a bed of Crispy Rice
- Course Five
- Coconut Flan
- Creamy Coconut Flan Served w/ Fresh Berries and a Dollop of Whipped Cream
Note: Gratuity is included in the total price. For 8 or more guests, an additional $15 per person will be charged for tableware; the additional fee is already reflected in the price.
This menu is available for 6+ guests. The five course dinner, flatware, plateware, linen napkins and printed menu cards are included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
