- New Zealand Sole
- Lightly Bread, Pan Fried, Served w/ Arugula Salad | Cherry Tomatoes | Shaved Parmigiano | Olive Lemonette
- Course Three
- Prime Hangar Steak
- Marinated in Sicilian Olive Oil & Fresh Herbs | Grilled and Served w/ Basil Mint Chimichurri | Herb Roasted Gold Yukon Potatoes
- Course Four
- Bread Pudding
- Served Warm w/ Bourbon Caramel Sauce
Note: 20% gratuity is already included in the total price. $75 travel charge will be added for LA and IE bookings.
This menu is available for 8+ guests. The four course dinner, flatware, plateware, linen napkins, and printed menus are included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, flatware flatware, and glassware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
