Classic Holiday Dinner Menu by Chef Daneen ($225 per guest)
Chef Daneen's Classic Holiday dinner menu consists of 4 courses:
- Course One (Appetizers)
- Caramelized Onion & Feta Tarts w/ Cranberry
- Prosciutto Wrapped Dates w/ Smoked Gouda
- Crispy Artichoke Hearts w/ Lemon Aioli
- Course Two (Soup Course)
- Creamy Wild Mushroom Soup w/ Creme Fraiche & Micro Greens
- Course Three (Main Course)
- Beef Wellington
- Chestnut Sage & Goat Cheese Stuffing, Moroccan Honey Squash w/ Cherries
- Course Four (Dessert)
- Apple Tarte Tatin
- French Vanilla Gelato
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 6~20 guests. The four course plated dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
