Winter Comfort Tasting Menu by Chef Jaclyn ($245 per guest)
Chef Jaclyn's Winter Comfort tasing menu consists of 5 courses:
- Course One
- Autumn Harvest Salad
- Butter lettuce, candied pecan, honey apple vinaigrette, pomegranate, blue cheese, bacon, micro arugula
- Course Two
- Lacquered Duck Breast
- Gorgonzola sweet potato puree, port jus, carrot spheres, burnt onion 2 ways
- Course Three
- Apple Potato Agnolotti
- Apple cider gastrique, hazelnut crumb, chili oil
- Course Four
- Pork Tenderloin Roulade
- Chanterelle mushroom and mirepoix, potato galette, cranberry beet purée, beurre blanc
- Course Five
- Glazed Carrot Cake Cinnamon Roll
- Cream cheese frosting, candied carrot ribbons, spun sugar
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 4~12 guests. The five course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
The total duration of the service is about 4 hours, which includes 90~120 minutes of serving time. Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
