Formal Latin Dinner Menu by Chef Daneen ($195 per guest)
Chef Daneen's formal Latin dinner menu consists of 5 courses:

- Garlic Shrimp w/ Smokey Dill Crema
- Spiced Corn Cakes w/ Avocado
- Pulled Pork Empanadas
- Course Two
- Lentil & Pumpkin Soup w/ Fire Roasted Tomato
- Course Three
- Pan Seared Scallops, Orange Chipotle Sauce, Basmati Rice, Roasted Corn Succotash
- Course Four
- Chili Rubbed Filet, Chimichurri, Black Bean Fritter, Roasted Kabocha Squash
- Dessert
- Churro Bread Pudding w/ Salted Caramel
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 6~20 guests. The five course plated dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
