Chef Stevan's Mediterranean menu consists of the following:

- Fresh made pitas w/ 3 dips, babaganoush and onion gastrique, hummus and chili crunch, tomato confit
- Cured tuna appetizer w/ Israeli hot sauce, lime and avocado
- Ribeye tartare w/ harissa, turnips, lavash cracker chives, quail egg
- Course One
- Salad Winter Chicories
- Blood orange vinaigrette, focaccia bread crumbs, Romano cheese, golden raisins, capers, pine nuts
- Course Two
- Patatas Bravas
- Confit fingerling potato, black garlic aioli, parma ham, pickled peppers
- Course Three (Main)
- Aleppo Chicken
- Sumac pickles, yogurt, coriander honey and broccolini
- Course Four (Dessert)
- Lemon sorbet w/ mint and tahini cookies
Note: 20% gratuity is included in the price.
This menu is available for 8~20 guests. The eight course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
