Chef Rob's Sea Exploration menu consists of 6 courses:

- Frozen Margarita, Micro Cilantro
- Course Two
- Salmon Belly Tartare
Pickled Ginger, Scallion, Wasabi Caviar, Squid Ink Tuile, Soy Truffle Vinaigrette
- Course Three
- Charred Spanish Octopus
Duck fat Poached Potatoes, Mediterranean Olives, Pickled Poll Beans, Marcona Almond Dust, Saffron Aioli & Romesco Sauce
- Course Four
- Seared Diver Scallops
Spiced Carrot Puree, Granny Smith Apple & Frisee Salad, Aged Sherry Vinaigrette
- Course Five
- Basil Butter Poached Maine Lobster
Parsnip Puree, Heirloom Cauliflower, Lemon Basil Beurre Blanc
- Course Six
- Salted Caramel Pot du Crème
70% Valrhona Dark Chocolate Cookie, Vanilla Bean Chantilly
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 4~12 guests. The six course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.

Tony and his team created an amazing fine dining experience that not only delivered fantastic flavors but also huge portions! Every dish is prepared with care and it really shows. I also loved the venue in the arts district of LA. I will be coming to more of these events in the future.
