Chef Tony's Taste of Cali Menu consists of 5 courses:
- Course One (Starter)
- Uni-bisque Espuma Parmesan Crisp and Micro Greens
- Course Two (Seasonal Salad)
- Butternut Squash and Frisee
- Course Three (Appetizer)
- Grilled Baby Chimichurri Octopus w/ Bone Marrow Aioli, Romesco Sauce and Sour Dough Crouton
- Course Four (Entree)
- Pork Belly w/ Chocolate Sauce and Tempura Fried Squash Blossoms
- Course Five (Dessert)
- Dulce De Leche Cheesecake w/ Abuelita and Graham Cracker Crust, Coffee Mocha Whipped Cream
Note: 20% gratuity is already included in the total price.
This menu is available for 6~15 guests. The five course dinner is included.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
Chef will arrive 2 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
