Chef Jimmy's Taste of Italy dinner menu consists of 5 courses*:

- Burrata Caprese
- Buffalo Mozzarella mousse, burrata, house sun-dried baby tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, rosemary crisp, crispy basil, aged balsamic
- Course Three
- Seafood Risotto
- Lemon risotto, butter poached shrimp, green pea cream crispy herbs
- Course Four
- Smoked Ribeye
- Live smoked ribeye, saffron-carrot puree, roasted market finds, beef jus, crispy sweet potato
- Dessert
- Chocolate & Mint
- Valrhona white chocolate cake, mint ice cream, gold chocolate rocks, milk air, candied mint
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event. Price per person for the entire party is reduced from $220 to $190 with a party of 16 or more.
*The Experience Upgrade includes all tableware, printed menus and mixology trained servers. Name cards and sommelier consultation are free of charge upon request with the upgrade.
This menu is available for 8~20 guests. The five course dinner, plateware, silverware, glassware, linen napkins, servers, printed menus, name card are included. Sommelier consultation is also included upon request.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef and staff will clean up.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
