Thanksgiving Menu by Chef Caleb ($245 per guest)
Chef Caleb's Thanksgiving family style menu consists of:

- Charred butternut squash | local arugula | celery hearts | red onion | candied walnuts | fines herbs | maple-truffle vinaigrette
- Main
- Locally raised, free-range turkey roast w/ sourdough stuffing and pollard jus
- Accompaniments
- "La ratte" pomme puree
- Butter glazed haricovert w/ local mushrooms and shallot confit
- Cranberry marmalade, orange zest, cloves
- Brown sugar & citrus glazed heirloom carrots, garlic confit, olive oil
- Parker house rolls, fleur de sel, butter
- Dessert
- Assortment of personal pies & tarts
- Pumpkin
- Apple
- Pecan
- Local fig tart w/ vanilla pastry cream
Note: Tip is optional and can be paid directly to the chef at the event.
This menu is available for 8~20 guests.
Tables, chairs, oven, microwave, cooktop, pots, pans, glassware, tableware.
Chef will arrive 2~3 hours prior to serving time to prep and cook. Upon completion of service, chef will clean up.
Certain dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise upon booking.
